Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Participating in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions and project discussions.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Assist in preparing meetings (materials, slide deck, also make the summary of the meeting).
  • Assist in managing company’s program called “Entrepreneurs Programme”.
  • Assist in coordinating event logistics, such as venues, catering, guest speakers, payment transactions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Preferably willing to work for 4 or 6 months.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
  • Possession of strong research skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources.
  • Knowledge and skill set in coordinating, developing, planning, and executing projects for social impact.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good problem solving, organized, and detailed-oriented skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
