Key Responsibilities

Angel Funding

• Evaluate pitch decks and assess startup investment opportunities.
• Conduct meetings with founders to gather insights and assess investment potential.
• Prepare investment-related documents, agreements, and deal structures.
• Perform share cap calculations to support decision-making.
• Coordinate Investment Committee (IC) meetings and prepare investment memos.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence and maintain accurate investment databases and valuation records.
   

Accelerator Programs

• Evaluate and screen applications for accelerator programs.
• Perform share cap calculations for participating startups.
• Conduct due diligence and support investment processes for programme participants.
• Update and manage investment databases and valuation records.
   

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze financial data, economic conditions, and company performance metrics.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations to support investment decisions.
   

Portfolio Management

• Monitor and track the performance of portfolio investments.
• Assist in managing exit strategies, including valuations and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare and deliver biannual investor reports.
   

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams, founders, legal advisors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of investment processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, accelerator participants, and ecosystem partners.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or any related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)
• Strong interest in startups, venture capital, and the investment landscape (familiarity with angel funding and accelerator programs is a plus)
• Basic understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and cap table management 
• Analytical mindset with great attention to detail 
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal in English 
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
