We’re looking for a proactive, people-oriented Project Manager who enjoys working with startups, corporates, investors, mentors, and ecosystem partners.

If you’re organised, confident speaking with clients, and enjoy turning ideas into well-executed programmes, this role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and support startup, accelerator, workshop, and corporate innovation programmes
• Coordinate with startups, corporates, investors, government agencies, mentors, sponsors, and vendors
• Act as a key client-facing contact throughout projects and programmes
• Understand client needs and coordinate startup-corporate matching discussions
• Draft proposals, presentation decks, reports, and client materials
• Manage programme timelines, meetings, calendars, and stakeholder follow-ups
• Track project progress, outcomes, and deliverables
• Coordinate mentors, interns, facilitators, and programme participants
• Keep projects moving and solve issues as they come up

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of working experience in project management, events management, or a related field
• Confident and professional when dealing with clients
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Able to draft proposals and business documents independently
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, innovation, and business is a big plus
