Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Design and deliver solutions: Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and configuration pages that are highly usable and scalable.
• Drive innovation: Work with the team to refine features, optimize performance, and shape the existing applications experience.
• Lead cross-platform development: Architect and build web and mobile ensuring quality and consistency across environments.
• Collaborate with project managers to define requirements, plan execution, and deliver reliable, high-performing solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior engineers to support their growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather requirements and develop solutions that address their needs.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in React, React Native, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Solid experience in mobile application development, including app deployment.
• Proven ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs (GraphQL or tRPC knowledge is a plus).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
