Job Description

 1. Financial Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Record and classify financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
• 负责维护公司准确且最新的财务记录。
• 及时处理发票、付款申请及各项费用报销。
• 在会计系统中记录并分类各项财务交易。
• 定期进行银行对账，确保账目数据的一致性与准确性。
  
  2. Compliance and Audit
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
• 确保所有财务操作符合会计准则、公司政策及相关法律法规。
• 负责所有财务文件的规范整理、归档与备份
  
  3. Operational Support
• Process and coordinate daily operation documentation.
• Perform accurate calculation of commisons.
• 处理并协调日常营运相关的文书工作。
• 负责准确核算佣金。

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Mandarin speaking is required.
• Has experience as an accounts executive, accountant, or similar role are advantageable.
• Prefer to have experience with accounting software and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and accounting software.
