• Data Entry & Vouchers
  Assist in recording accounting entries and vouchers into the financial system.
  协助将会计分录和凭证录入财务系统。
• Invoice Management
  Handle filing, scanning, and organizing invoices and payment claims.
  负责发票的整理、扫描、归档以及报销申请处理。
• Reporting & Excel
  Utilize Excel to summarize financial data and maintain updated tracking sheets.
  利用 Excel 汇总财务数据并更新各类追踪报表。
• Administrative Tasks
  Perform general administrative duties such as document binding and archiving.
  处理装订账册、档案入库等日常财务行政事务。

Job Requirements

•  Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
•  Proficient in MS Office, Accounting Software
•  Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.  
•  High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling numbers. 
•  Good command of both English and Chinese (written and spoken). 
•  Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work under deadlines. 
•  Able to commit for a minimum period of 3 to 6 months.
