 Responsibility

• Provide effective administrative support to the Marketing Division, including ad hoc reports and sales-related reports
• Process and coordinate daily sales documentation
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns and events
• Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms
• Assist in general operational functions and other related tasks assigned by the superior

Job Requirements

 Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma or higher qualification
• Having customer service experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
• Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
