About the role
Join Next Energy Sdn. Bhd. as an HR Executive and play a pivotal role in supporting the company's dynamic human resource initiatives. This full-time position is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading energy solutions provider.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, performance management, and employee relations
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with the company's strategic goals
• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges, proposing solutions to enhance employee engagement and productivity
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
• Contribute to the planning and execution of company-wide events, training programs, and employee wellness initiatives

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the energy or consulting industry
• Fresh graduates with exceptional working attitude will be considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related fiel
