Accounts Executive

We are an established Group of Companies located in Subang 2, Selangor, looking for people who are resourceful and innovative to share the knowledge and skills, accept responsibility and will work together with us to achieve our vision.

Responsibilities:

- Daily accounting task and month end closing activities.

- Ensure proper handling of records, documents and filing to support the entries.

- Assist to produce other financial related data such as billing & collection, cash flow statement etc.

- Others ad hoc task as and when requested.

Requirements:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma/LCCI or equivalent.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Knowledge of accounting 

- Knowledge of computerized accounting software is an added advantage.

- Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

- Ambitious, self-initiative and strong communication skill.

- Able to read/write/communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia .

- Pleasant personality with good communication skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Good analytical skill, high level of integrity, commitment, and sense of urgency.
