<li>Accounts Operations: Handle daily bookkeeping, data entry, supplier invoice verification, payment processing, and basic AP/AR management.</li>
<li>Financial Tracking: Assist with monthly cash flow forecasting, budget tracking, and monitoring operational and supplier/office expenses.</li>
<li>Office Administration: Manage daily office operation, meeting/interview arrangements, vendor registrations, and general workplace organization and etc&nbsp;</li>
<li>Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to the CEO and Department Heads, including project research and tracking key action items.</li>
<li>Documentation &amp; Compliance: Organize and maintain financial records (receipts, invoices, tax files) and prepare documents for audits and internal reporting.</li>
