Event Management & Execution (Offline & Online)

• Assist the project team in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events, roadshows, and product launches across Malaysia.
• Actively support on-site event logistics, including set-up, tear-down, and troubleshooting during live events.
• Assists in recruiting, brief, and managing part-timers, promoters, and crews to ensure smooth on-site execution and high brand representation.

Marketing Content & Collaboration

• Assist the internal marketing team in brainstorming and planning creative content and promotional campaigns.
• Contribute to the creation of visual and video content tailored for Malaysian social media trends.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals and successful campaign delivery.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Education: Candidates must possess or be currently pursuing a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, PR, or a related field.
• Languages: Required languages are English, Bahasa and Mandarin 
• Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools or video/graphic editing software (CapCut, Canva) is a plus.
• Experience: No prior working experience required; however, active participation in university clubs, societies, or voluntary event execution is highly valued.
• Malaysians only
