About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Account Intern to support our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in brand account management, influencer marketing, and social media strategy.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and excited to explore social media platforms—particularly Xiaohongshu (XHS). You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior team members, contribute creative ideas, and gain valuable exposure to real-world marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

• Assist in researching and shortlisting influencers/KOLs across different tiers.
• Support influencer campaign coordination, including communication and timeline tracking.
• Help prepare campaign briefs and monitor content delivery.
  

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns on XHS, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
• Stay updated on trending content, features, and platform best practices.
• Support the execution of online-to-offline (O2O) and cross-border initiatives.
  

Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in compiling campaign performance reports.
• Collect and organize data for insights and future recommendations. 

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Passionate about digital marketing and social media, with an interest in influencer marketing.
• Familiar with social media platforms, especially XHS, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.
• A team player with a positive attitude, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for XHS-related tasks).
