About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Strategist to join our growing team. This role will support the management of key brand accounts, contribute to impactful marketing pitches, and assist in running influencer marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and familiar with social media platforms—particularly Xiaohongshu (XHS). You will work closely with senior team members to shape campaign strategies, build strong client relationships, and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

• Assist in identifying, sourcing, and coordinating with influencers/KOLs across various tiers (celebrities, niche experts, KOLs, KOCs).
• Support campaign planning and execution to meet KPIs and deliver results.
• Help prepare briefs, manage communication, and track campaign timelines.
  

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Contribute to campaign ideas and strategies across platforms such as XHS, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
• Stay informed on social media trends, features, and best practices to suggest fresh ideas.
• Support cross-border and O2O (online-to-offline) marketing initiatives when required.
  

Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports with insights.
• Support data collection and contribute to recommendations for optimization.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or influencer marketing 
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially XHS, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and support teammates.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Eager to continuously learn and adapt, with a strong interest in acquiring new skills, knowledge, and information.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of reporting and performance tracking.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for XHS and cross-border campaigns).
