Influencer Management & Coordination

• Sourcing & Shortlisting: Assist in identifying and shortlisting suitable KOLs/KOCs across different platforms that align with brand objectives.
• Active Communication: Communicate and coordinate directly with influencers to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Compliance & Deadlines: Ensure influencers strictly follow campaign requirements and meet all submission deadlines.
• Timeline Tracking: Support the team in campaign timeline tracking and consistent follow-up on content submissions
  
  Reporting
• Data Compilation: Support campaign reporting by compiling data and performance insights for internal and client review.
  
  Extra Opportunity:

Job Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with social media ecosystems, especially XHS (Rednote), Instagram, and TikTok.
• Communication: Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage for coordinating with XHS-focused influencers and cross-border campaigns.
• Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and strict deadlines.
• Mindset: A proactive "Can-Do" attitude and a strong desire to learn the business side of marketing.
