• Develop and execute integrated Online-to-Offline (O2O) and Offline-to-Online marketing campaign strategies.
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless brand experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Generate creative and innovative campaign ideas that resonate with current market trends.
• Provide hands-on support for on-site event arrangements, including logistics and coordination.
• Demonstrate strong strategic thinking to identify opportunities and solve operational problems in real-time.
• Monitor marketing trends and apply insights to keep campaigns relevant and engaging.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Event, or a related field.
• Passionate about trending marketing campaigns and digital innovation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically under pressure.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with an ability to manage external and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Malay
• Open for junior level and senior with proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (O2O).
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Marketing Skill, Event Management.
