Job Description

•  Assist in verifying customer repayments.
   
• Handle Tele-sales via online platforms (respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Telegram, phone call, Facebook, or Instagram). (No cold calling required)
   
• Notify existing customers about promotion details through message blasting or SMS.
   
• Process membership applications and manage bonus points and redemption records.
   
• Assist in campaign fulfilment, including tracking fulfilment status and ensuring timely delivery.
   
• Assist in packaging orders and arranging parcel shipments via courier services.
   
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
   
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
   
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the sales and customer service process.

Job Requirements

•  Responsible, well-organized, and able to multitask.
   
• Comfortable using computers and handling online platforms.
   
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin (proficiency in Bahasa Melayu is essential).
   
• Excellent communication and phone manners.
   
• Ability to stay calm and professional when customers are stressed or upset.
   
• Preferably with experience in Customer Service / Admin / Sales Support, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
