 About the Role

Looking for a hands-on internship where you can learn how a real business runs — from marketing campaigns to customer communication and fulfilment?
Join us as a Business Support Intern and experience how sales, customer service, and operations come together behind the scenes!

What You’ll Learn & Do

• Support ongoing sales campaigns and help track fulfilment progress.
   
• Communicate with customers via WhatsApp / Telegram / social media.
   
• Assist in packaging and shipping customer orders.
   
• Learn how membership systems, bonus points, and redemptions work.
   
• Participate in marketing message preparation and simple admin tasks.
   
• Work closely with the sales & marketing team — you’ll get to see the full picture from campaign launch to customer delivery!

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
   
• Friendly, responsible, and eager to learn.
   
• Comfortable using computers and communicating online.
   
• Able to speak Bahasa Melayu, English, and preferably Mandarin.
   
• Enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
