Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in document verification, preparation, submission, and record management.
  • Handle daily cash flow monitoring and control.
  • Ensure all electronic files are properly maintained, organized, and backed up regularly.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system with proper references and dates for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in accounting and finance-related administrative tasks.
  • Prepare billings, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Support Human Resource administration, including staff claims, reimbursements, leave records, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage courier, delivery, and mail services.
  • Provide administrative support for procurement activities, including sourcing, purchase requests, and supplier coordination.
  • Assist in cost control and contract administration for assigned projects.
  • Monitor and maintain office inventory, stock levels, and asset records.
  • Manage office facilities and workspace administration to ensure a productive working environment.
  • Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management. 


Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software. 
  • Good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. 
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
