Job Responsibilities

•  Plan, coordinate, and execute Audio Visual (AV), Architectural Sound, and System Integration projects from inception to completion.
•  Review project specifications, drawings, and system designs to ensure compliance with client requirements and project objectives.
•  Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and suppliers throughout project implementation.
•  Prepare project schedules, progress reports, site documentation, and technical submissions.
•  Supervise site installation works, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
•  Coordinate procurement, material delivery, and project resources to support smooth project execution.
•  Conduct system testing, commissioning, tuning, troubleshooting, and performance verification.
•  Support system configuration, automation integration, and user acceptance testing.
•  Monitor project costs, variation orders, and site progress to achieve project profitability targets.
•  Assist in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site consultations when required.
•  Maintain accurate project records, drawings, and handover documentation.
•  Provide technical support and after-sales assistance to clients.
•  Perform other project-related duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Requirements

•  Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Audio, Acoustic, Mechatronic Engineering, or related disciplines.
•  Fresh graduates with strong technical interest are encouraged to apply.
•  Experience in Audio Visual (AV), ELV, Building Automation, Sound Systems, or System Integration projects will be an added advantage.
•  Able to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation.
•  Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, SketchUp, or other design and project management software is preferred.
•  Strong understanding of electrical, networking, and low-voltage system installations.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
•  Willing to travel and work on-site across Malaysia when required.
•  Possess strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
•  Able to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
•  Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
