Responsibilities

  • Oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping of goods.
  • Receive and process online orders from multiple channels (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Website).
  • Ensure accuracy of order details, quantities, and timely fulfillment for customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, movement, and retrieval of products.
  • Supervise and support the team in picking, packing, and shipping orders according to schedule.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and accuracy.
  • Conduct stock receiving activities, including verification of goods and updating inventory systems.
  • Coordinate and manage stock requisitions to support operational and sales needs.
  • Maintain proper warehouse layout and organization for space optimization.
  • Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Work closely with the procurement and sales teams to align stock levels with business demand.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.

WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday: 8.30AM - 5.30PM
Saturday: 9.00AM - 1.00PM


Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (leadership experience preferred).
  • Hands-on, proactive, and willing to assist in all warehouse activities.
  • Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting.
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel, order systems, or inventory software).
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work overtime or weekends during peak periods.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment (TikTok, Shopee, or online stores) is an added advantage.
