Job Description

As a Product & Solution Analyst Intern, you'll be working directly with the Head of Technology on real-world, enterprise-grade projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of technology, business analysis, and solution design.

Your tasks will include:

• Participating in meetings with clients and technology partners
• Documenting business requirements, user needs, and system specifications
• Creating simple mockups, process flows, and use case diagrams
• Assisting in proposal drafting and demo preparation
• Supporting system design documentation for internal developer handover
• Conducting competitor research and industry benchmarking (mainly fintech/ERP)

Job Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about both technology and business problem-solving.

You are:

• A final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Able to communicate clearly (written and spoken) in English and/or Bahasa.
• Familiar with tools like Google Docs, Notion, Draw.io, Figma, or similar.
• Interested in enterprise systems (ERP, fintech, dashboards, automation).
• Able to think in flows, diagrams, and user logic — not just code.

Bonus if you:

• Have basic programming or system architecture knowledge.
• Have created mockups, documentation, or system specs in past academic or freelance work.
• Understand API structure, basic DB relationships, or software lifecycle.
