1) To assist Contract Manager/Director to carry out pre & post contract activities

1) At least a Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or any other discipline with experience in the construction industry.
2) At least 8 years experience in high rise building construction projects whether based at Site or Contracts and Procurement Department.
3) Experience in Pre & Post tendering exercise, preparing quotations, taking off quantities and post contract matters
4) Ability to manage different projects concurrently and adhere to deadlines set by superior.
5) Computer literate.
