Job Description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical and electrical systems within the facility.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on systems such as air-conditioning, electrical wiring, lighting, generators, and plumbing. 
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans to minimize system breakdowns.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and relevant regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments when required.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Have relevant working experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and mechanical equipment such as HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Setup sounds system and any of mobilize sounds equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment effectively.
• Good understanding of safety practices and compliance standards.
• Physically fit and able to carry out hands-on technical work.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or respond to emergency calls when require.
• Undertake any other related assign by superior from time to time.
