Job Description
- Create initial design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to present to clients.
- Prepare detailed floor plans, drawings, and specifications using design software like AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and architects, and oversee the on-site installation to ensure the design is executed correctly.
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Interior Design is often preferred, but related degrees or diplomas may be considered.
- Proven work experience in a variety of interior spaces is important, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Preference Chinese & Indian Candidate.
