Job Description

 Key responsibilities

• Manage and delegate tasks: Oversee and delegate the work of construction staff and subcontractors to ensure project progress.
• Ensure safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring workers and visitors are compliant, and have the authority to stop work if safety standards are not met.
• Monitor progress: Track work progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain quality: Ensure that all work is carried out to the required quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate activities: Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders, and manage logistics to ensure a clean, safe, and organized site.
• Maintain records: Keep updated site records, including inspection checklists, material usage, and site instructions.
• Plan and organize: Create and manage daily and long-term plans, including work schedules and look-ahead planning.
