As a Tea Barista, you'll be responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders, preparing our signature hand-mashed lemon tea and other beverages according to NingJi's quality standards, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and organized outlet, ensuring ingredient freshness and inventory accuracy, and working closely with your teammates to achieve daily operational and sales goals.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities 

Customer Service & Sales

• Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service. 
• Take customer orders accurately and process cash and POS transactions. 
• Support the team in achieving daily sales targets while delivering excellent customer experiences. 
• Maintain NINGJI MALAYSIA's brand image and service standards at all times. 

Beverage Preparation & Quality

•  Prepare NINGJI MALAYSIA's signature hand-mashed lemon tea and other beverages according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
• Ensure every drink meets the company's quality, taste, and presentation standards. 
• Check ingredient freshness and follow food safety and hygiene requirements. 
• Keep workstations, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitised. 

Store Operations & Inventory

• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, packaging, and supplies, and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required. 
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties. 
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked outlet to support smooth daily operations. 

Job Requirements 

• No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided. 
• Previous experience in food and beverage, retail, or customer service is an advantage, but not essential. 
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented with good communication skills. 
• Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment. 
• Willing to work on rotatingshifts, including weekends and public holidays.
