Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Finance Executive to join our team. This isn't your typical accounting role—you will be at the heart of SME advisory, Pre-IPO preparations, and capital market transactions. You’ll work directly with senior management and diverse stakeholders to drive financial clarity and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advisory & Strategy: Support Pre-IPO preparation, business expansions, and operational advisory for SMEs and listed companies.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare cash flow forecasts, financial projections, and monthly operational updates.
- Due Diligence: Conduct company searches, financial reviews, and background checks for corporate transactions.
- Accounting Management: Assist in management accounts and reconciliations, including overseas subsidiaries.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with auditors, financial institutions, and business partners.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Audit, Corporate Finance, or Financial Advisory.
- Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
