Job Description

  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports (budgeting, forecasting, valuation, cash flow analysis) and other client‑requested reports.
  • Work closely with accountants and internal teams to derive accurate and meaningful financial figures.
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements in financial processes, internal controls, and reporting structures.
  • Perform variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support Pre‑IPO and CFO programme initiatives through financial modeling, compliance alignment, and performance tracking.
  • Provide guidance on US GAAP, IFRS, and MFRS application for cross‑border or complex transactions.
  • Present strategic recommendations and financial insights to clients, management, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and relevant teams to ensure holistic advisory solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CA qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate advisory, consulting, or financial leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in Pre‑IPO advisory, CFO programme design, or US GAAP/IFRS compliance projects.
  • Experience working with SMEs and listed companies, with exposure to cross‑border financial standards.
  • Advance knowledge of corporate governance, capital markets, and financial reporting frameworks.
  • Strong project management and client engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (Chinese proficiency is an advantage).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership capability to mentor and develop junior staff.
  • Strategic thinker with practical execution skills.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and client‑focused mindset.
  • Adaptable to fast‑changing regulatory and market environments.
