• 规划与执行 Webinar / 产品发布的广告与销售漏斗
• 撰写清晰简短的广告 brief 与绩效报告
• 研究市场趋势与竞争对手，寻找新机会
• 产出高转化率的广告与landing page
• 分析数据、提出能提升业绩的策略与建议
• 管理广告预算、项目时程，确保每个活动顺利推进
• 与合作伙伴对接沟通，确保流程顺畅

⚡ What You’ll Do

• Plan and run ads + funnels for webinars and product launches
• Write simple, clear ad briefs and performance reports
• Study market trends and competitors to find new ideas
• Create high-performing ads and landing pages
• Share practical insights and suggest ways to scale results
• Manage budget, project timelines, and keep every campaign on track
• Liaise with partners for smooth campaign running

💰 Compensation

• RM4,000 – RM6,000 / month (negotiable based on skill)
• Extra profit-sharing for outstanding results

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent real-world experience with proven results.
  至少市场营销、商业管理或相关领域的文凭/学位，或具备同等实战经验并拥有出色成绩者亦可。
   
• At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the online education industry.
  拥有至少1-3年线上营销经验，若有教育行业推广经验者优先。
   
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (reading, writing, and communication).
  能以中英文流利沟通、阅读及撰写内容。
   
• Strong analytical mindset — able to read data, interpret ROI, and make decisions fast.
  拥有敏锐的数据分析能力，能快速解读数据并作出有效决策。
   
• Proven experience running and optimising ads on Meta, Google, or YouTube platforms.
  熟悉Meta、Google或YouTube等广告投放与优化。
  
• Experienced in building and optimising marketing funnels, landing pages, and lead generation systems.
  熟悉销售漏斗、落地页及引流系统的搭建与优化流程。
   
• Bonus: Able to write persuasive ad copy and coordinate effective creatives.
  能撰写有说服力的广告文案并与设计团队良好协作。
   
• Creative yet structured, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure.
  具备创意思维与良好执行力，细心且能在快节奏环境下高效工作。
   
• Responsible, independent, and dependable, with strong communication skills.
  责任心强，能独立完成任务并具备出色的沟通协调能力。
