Job Description

• Greet and assist customers in a profesional and friendly manner .
• Handle buying and selling of foreign currencies accurately.
• Verify identification and required documentation for transaction.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded properly in the system.
• Balance cash at the opening and end of day/shift.
• Monitor and manage currency inventory levels.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. 
• Stay updated on exchanges rates and market trends.
• Follow Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC policies strictly.
• Support the team in achieving sales and service targets.
•  Able to support branch operations when required.

Job Requirements

• Experience in handling cash transactions accurately 
• Provide good customer service to customers 
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members 
• Able to work in a team environment 
• Manage time efficiently during working hours 
• Basic knowledge of computer and cashier systems
