Job Description
- Greet and assist customers in a profesional and friendly manner .
- Handle buying and selling of foreign currencies accurately.
- Verify identification and required documentation for transaction.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded properly in the system.
- Balance cash at the opening and end of day/shift.
- Monitor and manage currency inventory levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on exchanges rates and market trends.
- Follow Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC policies strictly.
- Support the team in achieving sales and service targets.
