Job Description

• Oversees Western Union Branch
• Achieve assigned branch targets. 
• Map competitors’ rates and service offerings 
• Actively promote new products and initiatives. 
• Provide excellent service for Western Union customers. 
• Allocate branch resources as per staff and client needs. 
• Liaise between the branch and head office and be the bridge between management and FLA’s. 
• Manage reports for the branches.(E.g Finance report , WUPOS reports ) 
• Solve problems for branch customers and staff by reaching out to relevant departments who can help solve the problems. 
• Well reversed with company policies 

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree equivalent
• An affinity for problem-solving 
• Analytical skills 
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments within Western Union to resolve complex customer service issues  
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability  
• Always demonstrates a positive attitude, persistence, and teamwork  
• Strong communication skills 
• Fluency in English and other languages preferred. 
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
