Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Pack Orders: Prepare and pack products in advance based on anticipated order volume, ensuring items are ready for immediate dispatch when orders are received.
• Pick & Pack: Accurately pick products according to order details, pack securely, insert correct documentation, and label parcels for shipment across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Stock Replenishment: Monitor e-commerce reserve stock levels and replenish by retrieving goods from the main warehouse and arranging them neatly at the designated e-commerce stock location.
• Assist During Peak Periods: Support the e-commerce operations team during high-volume periods to ensure timely order dispatch and fulfilment.
• Maintain Work Area: Keep the packing station and stock location clean, organised, and compliant with warehouse SOPs.

Job Requirements

• Education: No minimum education requirement — all backgrounds welcome to apply.
• Language: Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English sufficient to read product model numbers, colours, and order details.
• Physical Fitness: Able to perform light to moderate lifting and carry out repetitive packing tasks throughout the shift.
• Detail-Oriented: Careful and accurate in matching products to order specifications to minimise packing errors.
• Team Player: Able to work collaboratively and take direction well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Adaptable: Willing to work Saturday rotations to support operational needs.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: Rotational flexibility
