About the role
We are looking for a reliable and efficient E-Commerce Packing Assistant to join our growing E-Commerce team. You will be responsible for packing and processing customer orders accurately and on time to support our daily shipment operations across Shopee, Lazada, and other online platforms.
This role comes with a performance-based incentive structure - the more accurately and efficiently you pack, the more you earn.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and process e-commerce orders accurately according to packing standards.
- Achieve daily packing targets (AM and PM sessions) as directed by supervisor.
- Scan and log all parcels into the system before courier handover.
- Assist with occasional parcel deliveries to nearby parcel hubs (within 3km).
- Maintain a clean and organised packing workstation.
- Report any order discrepancies, damaged goods, or system issues promptly.
- Support team members during peak order periods.
Job Requirements
Requirements
● Minimum SPM or equivalent
● Experience in warehouse, packing, or e-commerce fulfilment is an advantage
● Physically fit — role involves standing, lifting, and repetitive packing tasks
● Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy
● Basic ability to use a computer or smartphone for system scanning
● Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
● Must be able to work on Saturdays (overtime rate applies)
● Own transport preferred (for occasional parcel hub deliveries)
Working Hours
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Rest day: Sunday
- Location: HQ, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
