Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, disciplined, and customer-focused Retail Store Outlet Operations Assistant (B2B) to join our team at South City Plaza, Seri Kembangan. You will support daily store operations, inventory management, and ensure an excellent experience for our B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Documentation: Process customer payments and prepare professional invoices/receipts while providing excellent service to B2B clients.
• Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock checks and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment; ensure all products are displayed professionally.
• Order Processing: Prepare invoices and receipts for customers to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Logistics Support: Assist with the movement of merchandise and ensure goods are ready for dispatch or customer collection.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Education: Minimum SPM certificate.
• Language Skills: Basic reading and writing in Malay and English (for document purposes). Fluency in Chinese is a plus point (as we serve many Chinese-speaking customers).
• Core Skills: Proficiency in invoicing, stock replenishment reports, excellent customer service mindset, approachable personality, and effective communication skills.
• Computer Skills: Knowledge of accounting, Autocount System, and basic MS Excel/Word for daily reporting.
• Efficiency & Discipline: Ability to complete multiple tasks efficiently; must be punctual, maintain a high level of professional discipline, be responsible, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Working Details

• Location: South City Plaza, Seri Kembangan.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
• Discipline: Strictly follow branch SOPs regarding attendance, appearance, and professional conduct.

Remuneration Package

• Monthly Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 3,000 (Based on experience and skills).
