Job Description

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented RMA Operations Coordinator (Customer Service Support) to join our team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for managing the RMA process, coordinating item picking to meet strict deadlines, and ensuring department efficiency during our current transition period.

  • Key Responsibilities:Operation & Picking: Coordinate and arrange item picking to ensure all RMA cases are processed within the required timeframe.
  • Timeline Management: Strictly adhere to the standard 1-week processing buffer for all warranty claims.
  • Reporting: Submit a daily work timetable to the Head of Department (HOD) by the end of each working day.
  • Inventory & Disposal: Conduct weekly updates of RMA spare parts/packaging inventory and assist in the scheduled 3-hour weekly disposal session.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Basic proficiency in reading and writing in Malay and English. Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Discipline & Efficiency: Must be puctual; maintain focus by keeping personal mobile phone usage to a minimum during work hours.
  • Proactive Communication as the key of getting task to be on track
  • Computer Skills: Basic proficiency (Data entry,MS Word/Excel)
  • Probation: 3 + 1 months (3-month initial assessment, with a potential 1-month extension based on performance).

Working Hours:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9.00AM - 6.00PM
  • Overtime: Able to work overtime when required.Overtime pay is calculated strictly in accordance with the Employment Act.
