Role Overview:

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will manage B2B client relationships, achieve sales targets, and expand our customer base through territory management and new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients

- Meet and exceed sales targets

- Conduct product presentations and negotiations

- Manage territory and identify new business opportunities

- Ensure timely payment collection

- Provide market feedback and insights

Job Requirements

Essential Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong team player with collaborative mindset

- Self-motivated and results-oriented

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Fluent in English (Mandarin/Chinese language skills highly valued)

- Own transport and valid driving license required

- Willing to travel for client visits and business development

Junior Level:

- Passion for sales and eagerness to learn

- Fresh graduates or 1 year of sales experience

- Basic business communication skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to be trained

- Interest in IT/technology industry is a plus

Senior Level:

- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets

- Strong client relationship management skills

- Experience in territory management

- Leadership capabilities to mentor junior team members

- Industry experience in IT/mobile accessories preferred
