Job Description

The Warehouse Assistant plays a critical role in our operations, balancing physical labor with precise documentation to ensure accurate and efficient inbound and outbound processes.

1.SOP Compliance: Strictly adhere to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all warehouse and handling tasks.

2.Operational Efficiency: Proactively assist in morning loading operations for local drivers and participate in all bulk unloading tasks (including container unloading).

3.Order Accuracy: Perform order picking and packing immediately upon assignment to ensure faster fulfillment and zero accumulation.

4.Quality Control (QC): Participate in QC tasks as assigned; committed to completing assigned QC orders before clocking out, as these cannot be postponed to the nexy day.

5.Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the team during bulk loading/unloading and support colleagues to meet daily targets.

6.Task Commitment: Demonstrate responsibility in completing assigned tasks.If urgent tasks remain (including specific QC orders, urgent ad-hoc assignments), candidates are expected to stay and complete the work.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1. Gender: Male preferred (Position involves daily manual handling, heavy lifting, and container unloading）。
2. Education: Minimum SPM certificate.
3. Language Skills: Basic English and Malay writing & reading skills for daily communication.Ability to read Chinese is a plus point.
4. Physical Condition: Capable of enduring long hours of physical tasks and adapting to warehouse environments.
5. Computer Skills (Plus Point): Basic proficiency (Data entry,MS Word/Excel).
6. Probation: 3 + 1 months (3-month initial assessment, with a potential 1-month extension based on performance).

Working Hours:

1. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9.00AM - 6.00PM
2. Overtime: Able to work overtime when required.Overtime pay is calculated strictly in accordance with the Employment Act.
