Nocoly is a Hong Kong-headquartered enterprise software company focused on no-code / low-code Hyper Application Platform (HAP). We help enterprises and partners build business applications, automate workflows, integrate systems, and improve digital operations.

We are expanding in Southeast Asia and building our partner ecosystem in Malaysia.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Partner Development Manager in Malaysia to build and grow Nocoly's local partner ecosystem from the ground up.

This is not a traditional transactional sales role. The role focuses on partner recruitment, channel development, business development, co-selling, and enterprise software market expansion.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an early-stage market environment, identifying potential partners, opening conversations, building relationships, and driving business opportunities with SI, ISV, consulting, IT services, and enterprise technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Identify and recruit potential SI, ISV, consulting, IT services, and enterprise technology partners in Malaysia
    • Build and manage relationships with local partners and business stakeholders
    • Develop partner enablement plans and support partner onboarding
    • Drive co-selling opportunities with partners and support enterprise customer development
    • Generate leads through partner networks, cold outreach, market mapping, and business development activities
    • Work with internal product, solution, and delivery teams to support partner and customer opportunities
    • Track pipeline progress, partner activities, and market feedback
    • Support Nocoly's 0-to-1 market expansion in Malaysia

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Existing network with Malaysian SI, ISV, IT consulting, IT services, or enterprise technology partners
    • Experience working with enterprise customers or digital transformation projects
    • Familiarity with Cloud, CRM, ERP, workflow automation, low-code / no-code, or business application platforms
    • Experience building partner ecosystems or channel programs from 0 to 1

Job Requirements

•3-8 years of experience in partner development, channel sales, business development, account management, or enterprise software sales
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, IT services, SI, ISV, consulting, cloud, CRM, ERP, workflow automation, or low-code / no-code solutions is preferred
• Strong ability to identify business opportunities and build partner relationships from scratch
• Experience in lead generation, cold outreach, deal development, co-selling, or partner recruitment
• Good understanding of the Malaysia enterprise technology or IT services market
• Strong communication, ownership, and follow-through
• Able to work independently in an early-stage market environment
• Good written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus
