Job Description

• Supervise and monitor daily electrical installation works at the project site.
• Ensure electrical works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, main contractors, subcontractors, and other site teams.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to the agreed schedule.
• Inspect electrical installations and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and technical documents.
• Identify and resolve site issues related to electrical works in a timely manner.
• Ensure workers and subcontractors comply with site safety procedures and requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and relevant documentation.
• Assist with site inspections, testing, commissioning, and rectification works when required.

Job Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or other relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical site supervision, electrical installation, or construction projects is prefered. 
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and site safety requirements.
• Able to read and understand electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and supervise site workers effectively.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
