Job Description
- Assist MD/Enginner to Prepare or compile contract related documentation.
- Ensdure that all projects are properly control in compliance with contract requirements.
- Coordinates with site PIC for all activities related to construction and inspection of work being carried out,completed and properly documented.
- Assist MD/Enginner to Prepare progress claim accordingly.
- Assist MD/Enginner on variation order process respectively.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
- Knowledge of Quality Management System.
- Self-motivated.
- Minimum 3-5years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Good management and interpersonal skill.
- Highly committed and result oriented.
- Computer literate,analytical,meticulous and possess eye for details.
- A strong command for English and Bahasa that enable affective communication and report wiring.
