Job Description

• To monitor and supervise all installation works undertake by the company.
• Liaisons with architect,consultants,contractors and owners representattive(developer)and other parties as required for the successful accomplishment of project. 
• Site checking and inspection with relevant parties after work has been done.Ensure necessary inspection records are filled up,compile and sudmit to PM/QAQC.
• To attend &solve technical problems of any company products at site by issuing RFI to respective consultants.
• Submission of progress reports and progress claim.
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• certificate/Diploma in civil or electrical or engineering.
• good skill in C&S / Electrical work.
• 3-5years experience in construction,maintenance,renovation works.
• Able to work under pressure within tight deadline.
• Able to travel outstation.
• A strong commend of English and Bahasa Melayu with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Basic knowledge in QMS and its implementation.
