 We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital & Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will specialize in managing social media projects, including content planning, creation, and website project management. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and client servicing to enhance our brand's digital presence and engage with our audience effectively. 

Job Requirements

Social Media Content Planning & Creation:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.).
• Create engaging, brand-aligned content, including copywriting
• Schedule and oversee the publication of content, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.

Website Project Management:

• Coordinate with web developers and designers to manage website projects.
• Ensure website content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with current marketing strategies.

Administrative Duties:

• Perform administrative tasks related to digital and social media marketing.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to creative discussions.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external use.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital and social media marketing
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Good writing and communication skills
• Able to write English & Mandarin copywriting
• Mandarin speakers are preferred 
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Travelling outstation may be required 
• Having personal transportation is a bonus
