Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Nolan Interior. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various media channels, including digital, print, and social media. You will collaborate with our marketing and product teams to develop engaging visual content that effectively communicates our brand identity and messaging to our target audience. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a passion for e-commerce, home goods, looking for career progression, and aiming to be part of a collaborative, high-achieving team.

What You'll Do:

• Creating static ads across ad sizes and specs for our advertising campaigns
• Ability to edit photos proficiently
• Stay updated on graphic design and ad trends and continuously innovate, bringing fresh and engaging ideas to the table
• Figma or Illustrator Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard graphic design software to create, edit, and manipulate design assets.
• Communication & Collaboration: Must be able to communicate and collaborate with team members on a constant basis (Slack) and develop design ideas that align with KPIs and brand identity/guidelines
• Feedback Incorporation: Be open to constructive feedback, and make necessary adjustments to designs based on input from team members
• Assets Management: Maintain organized design files and assets for easy access

Job Requirements

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Canva and Figma.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and present creative ideas effectively.
• Willingness to learn and an interest in digital marketing and eCommerce is a must
• Ability to edit and color-balance photos proficiently
• Strong Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Experience with photography and illustration is a plus.
