Nora Ana Jewelry is an emerging fashion jewelry brand with a strong digital footprint across major e-commerce platforms including Shopee and TikTok. As we continue to expand our presence onto Instagram, Facebook, and e-commerce website, while enhancing our visibility through pop-up booths across the Klang Valley, we are seeking a dynamic Live Stream Host to grow with us and become the voice of our brand.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and charismatic full-time Live Stream Host to drive sales and engagement on Shopee and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone who is not only a persuasive communicator but also a natural storyteller, ready to represent Nora Ana Jewelry as a Brand Ambassador. You will be instrumental in building our online community, enhancing customer loyalty, and achieving sales targets through interactive and entertaining live sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Host engaging and high-energy live streaming sessions on Shopee and TikTok to showcase our jewelry collections.
• Interact with viewers in real-time by responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
• Develop and share compelling brand stories, demonstrate styling techniques, and educate the audience on trending fashion styles.
• Drive sales through effective promotions and meet sales conversion targets during sessions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, prepare scripts, and align on campaign objectives.
• Manage live stream setup, including equipment preparation, product inventory, and on-screen display arrangement.
• Monitor and report on live stream performance, working towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Provide on-site support to sales team, as needed.
• Commissions and performance bonus given for meeting targets

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a live stream host on Shopee or TikTok.
• Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Posess interest in fashion and jewelry
• Sales background and content creation skills are a bonus
• Creative and able to contribute innovative content ideas.
• Social media savvy and understand consumer behavior and trends on Shopee and TikTok
• Understand the rules, regulations and features of Shopee and TikTok marketing
• A team player with strong collaborative skills.
• Able to work towards meeting sales targets
• Flexible to work during evenings and weekends as required by live stream schedules.
• Based in or around Shah Alam/Subang and able to commute to our office for live streams.
