Role Overview:
The Immunology Intern will support Immunology Marketing by assisting with product management, marketing operations, content development, and administrative tasks.

Job Descriptions/Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Materials Development and Management  

• Support the preparation, development, and update of promotional and non-promotional materials (e.g., detailing aids, brand leave-behinds, campaign visuals, digital assets) to drive planned messaging across touchpoints. 
• Coordinate with agencies/vendors to manage artwork revisions, proofreading, and layout refinements 
• Conduct background data gathering (clinical studies, guidelines, competitor content, disease insights) to support material creation. 
• Assist in ensuring all materials comply with relevant SOPs and local regulatory requirements. 

1. Operational & Administrative Support 

• Assist in drafting of various documents required for operational processes, including agreements, vendor documents, trackers, justification reports, and meeting minutes. 
• Support preparation of briefing documents for speakers, HCPs, and internal teams to support marketing initiatives or scientific/medical events. 
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and medical education activities.  

3. General Team Support 

• Support daily tasks delegated by the Product Manager to ensure smooth brand operations.  

Job Requirements

• Degree Enrollment: Current status as an undergraduate (often rising junior or senior) or graduate (Master's or PhD) student.
• Relevant Coursework: Completion of foundational classes in general biology, chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, and introductory immunology.
• Lab Techniques: Basic hands-on or academic familiarity with mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, and Western blotting.
• Data Analysis: Ability to record data accurately in an experimental notebook and use software like GraphPad Prism or basic spreadsheets.
• Literature Research: Skill in utilizing scientific search engines and databases to review published papers.
