About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Fullstack Developer Intern to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web applications while gaining practical industry experience. Working under the guidance of experienced developers, the intern will contribute to both front-end and back-end development, participate in software projects, and build technical skills in modern web technologies and development practices

• Currently pursuing in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic understanding of one back-end language or framework such as Node.js, Java, PHP, Python, or similar
• Familiarity with modern front-end framework (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases; exposure to NoSQL databases is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and web application concepts.
• Familiarity with Directus headless CMS is a plus
• Basic understanding of Git or other version control systems

What we can offer

We can offer an internship allowance up to 1,200 MYR per month and travel expenses. 

Job Requirements

• Assist in developing and maintaining front-end and back-end application features.
• Support the creation of responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.
• Assist with API integration and database development tasks.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting application issues.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code under supervision.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members during project development.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Learn and apply software development best practices, including version control and coding standards.
• Assist in maintaining technical documentation and development records.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge through mentorship, research, and assigned learning activities.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
• Living less then 1 hour and 30 kms from our office in Kuala Lumpur, Seri Kembangan 
• Must be a Malaysian citizen with valid identification 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• A portfolio, GitHub repository, or personal software projects will be an added advantage
