JD for Admin Role

1. Assist with general office administration, including office building & facilities management.
2. Assist in vendor sourcing, obtaining quotations, and preparing purchase orders.
3. Support ongoing initiatives to improve procurement efficiency.
4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations and other documents as required.
5. Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager as needed to support the team and organisation

JD for Junior IT Support – Microsoft 365, Power Apps & Power Automate

1. Provide first-level support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Ms Form, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
2. Assist in the development and maintenance of Ms Form and Power Apps solutions.
3. Support automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services and custom apps.
5. Document support procedures and maintain user guides for internal tools.
6. Assist and collaborate with business users to gather requirements and improve app functionality.
7. Monitor and report on app performance and usage metrics.
8. Assist in the IT Asset and IT Policy & Procedures documentations.
9. Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager as needed to support the team and organisation.
