We are a YouTube channel named Design Seed, operating under an interior design firm.

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing engaging video content for both internal and external platforms. Guided by our supportive senior team, you'll also manage our social media accounts — from planning and posting content to analyzing performance metrics. Your role includes generating creative ideas for reels, capturing dynamic footage, and editing short-reels that align with our brand’s voice and vision.

Job Requirements

Duties and responsibilities:

- A passion for Architecture and interior design industry

- Aid in video shoots, ensuring the capture of high-quality full-length videos alongside the team

- Engage in tasks both at the office and on-site shooting

- Execute on technical aspects of video recording and editing

- Work closely with our creative team members

- Develop an overall video branding and messaging strategy

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and adhere to deadlines

- Analyze social media analytics

Qualifications
- Candidates with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in video editing and filming will be prioritized for this position.

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

- Fluency in English, spoken and written, as well as in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
