Job Description

 [Sales]

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with direct clients, focusing on influencer marketing, live commerce and event activations
  • Build a robust pipeline by prospecting, networking and leveraging marketing insights 
  • Conduct needs analysis and propose marketing solutions to meet client’s business objectives, through sales packages or tailored proposal 
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by securing client for influencer marketing campaigns, live commerce campaigns, and experiential events
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, sales pitches and proposal to clients

[Account Management]

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships, emphasizing the potential of influencer marketing, live commerce and event activations to drive engagement and conversions
  • Educate clients on the values and mechanics of influencer engagement, live commerce platforms and experiential event activations, addressing challenges with tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across service offerings
  • Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and effective resolution of any issues during campaigns and events (supporting Business Enablement team)

Job Requirements

  • With sales experience of at least 3-5 years in any industry (media/advertising industry is preferred).
  • Have a proven record in achieving financial targets.
  • Excellence in client services & relationship building with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in acquisition and deal closure.
  • Excellent in Written and Spoken Language: English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Able to work effectively on a tight timeline (for urgent campaigns).
  • Excellent Networking Skills (Ability to network with the government sector added bonus).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing is a plus point. 
  • Possessing own transportation is a bonus.
