About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Event & Marketing Executive to join Nuglo Sdn Bhd, an integrated Event & Marketing Agency based in Selangor.

In this role, you will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, and integrated marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing projects from concept and proposal stage through to on-ground execution, ensuring every deliverable meets client expectations, timeline, and budget.

This position requires a strong sense of accountability, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with clients, creative teams, digital teams, and production partners.

Job Responsibilities

Event & Project Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
• Manage full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, vendor sourcing, fabrication coordination, and on-site execution
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives
• Conduct post-event evaluation and reporting

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project updates

Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Collaborate with Creative and Digital teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns
• Support pitching process with ideas development and presentation preparation
• Coordinate social media integration, content production, and influencer/KOL activities where required

Operational & Team Support

• Monitor cost control and project profitability
• Identify risks and proactively resolve operational issues
• Guide junior team members and promote a positive, solution-driven work environment

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Event Management, Brand Activation, or Marketing Agency environment
• Proven experience managing corporate clients and multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Creative thinker with strong execution discipline
• Experience in budgeting, vendor negotiation, and on-ground event operations
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, Business or related field
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written)
• Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients/partners)
