Job Description

As part of Nuplas’ marketing and communications initiatives, we are seeking a Admin/ Marketing & Communications Intern to support the growth of our brand and enhance the company’s presence in the circular economy and recycled plastics sectors. You will help create engaging digital content, manage social media and website platforms, and assist in marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and stakeholder engagement. 

1) Circularity & Industry Market Research

• Conduct research on circular economy trends, regulations, innovations, and market demand and supply for recycled plastics raw materials, both locally and globally.
• Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the plastics and circular economy sectors.

2) Content Creation & Presentation Design

• Develop content ideation, strategy and creation including visuals, infographics, and written materials aligned with Nuplas’ brand guidelines and communication goals
• Design professional and visually appealing presentations for internal meetings, client briefings, or stakeholder updates.

3) Digital Platforms & Performance Reporting

•  Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across LinkedIn, website, and other platforms.
• Assist with uploading and updating website content, blog posts, visuals, and newsletters.
• Support the tracking and reporting of key performance metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, and click-through rates for social media, campaigns, and website content.

4) Media Production Coordination 

• Support the planning and coordination of photo and video shoots with internal teams and external vendors.
• Assist in executing media production activities for marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration , International Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic research skills with the ability to gather and organize information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Good command of English (verbal and written), additional languages are an advantage.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
